GRAND CANYON RAILWAY
Each class offers a unique atmosphere, entertainment, various amenities, passenger service attendant and restroom facilities. Passengers can also take a different class of service each way, based on availability.

Coach Class
A Streamliner-era coach that gets you to the canyon and back with style and grace. Enjoy comfortable bench-style seating in these classic air-conditioned 1950s era passenger cars. Strolling musicians roam the cars playing the tunes of yesteryear while your passenger service attendant will be there to add insight and answer questions.

First Class
Ride in First Class style, boasting oversized, reclining seats with plenty of leg room and grand picture windows that enhance the scenic journey. Comfort abounds as fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice are provided during the morning. Snacks, soft drinks and fine spirits are available on the return trip in these air-conditioned streamliner cars.

Observation Dome
Room With a View - An unforgettable experience, thanks to a glass-enclosed streamliner that offers panoramic views of the surrounding scenery. Glide through the changing landscape in the comfort of padded high-back chairs from high above the train. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice are provided during the morning, while snacks are available on the way back with a champagne toast.
Children 15 and under not permitted.

Luxury Parlor Class
The Most Exclusive Seat on the Train - Inside our Luxury Parlor Car is a grand tradition of elegance and extraordinary comforts. An elegant rail baron experience preserved for those who enjoy the finer things, thanks to lounge-style comforts including a private bar and access to the open-air rear platform. Exclusive service provides fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice during the morning, while snacks are available on the return trip along with a champagne toast.

Adults: $190.00

All rates are per person and do not include tax or National Park entry fee ($8 per adult). Valid for travel through 3/14/10.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is expected at the time of reservation. Credit cards are processed at time of reservation. GCR accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Train, hotel and package cancellations (excludes special events) must be made 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on arrival date in order to receive a refund. For train-only, hotel-only or RV-only reservations, a $25 cancellation fee per reservation will be deducted. For package guests, a $50 cancellation per reservation will be deducted. In lieu of cancellation, a reservation may be rebooked for a specific date within one calendar year. The reservation change must be made at the time of cancellation, and only one re-book of a reservation is allowed. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival. The group cancellation policy is defined in your group contract. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges given for the Polar Express. Arrival times are approximate. Rates and schedules are subject to change without notice. Reservations are subject to GCR policies. Please limit luggage to one standard bag and one carry-on bag and limit luggage weight to no more than 40 pounds per person. Additional luggage charges may apply. No smoking or pets permitted aboard the train or in the hotel. GCR is an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service and   U.S. Forest Service

DAY OF TRAVEL
Arrive 1.5 hours ahead of train departure Arizona time to allow your client/group time to enjoy gift shops, museum and Wild West show. Tickets must be picked up no later than 1 hour prior to departure Arizona time. GCR will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets or for passengers who have missed their scheduled train(s). Please note Arizona does not observe daylight savings time.

TRAIN DELAY
In the unlikely event that GCR cancels a scheduled train, you will be offered either a full refund by original method of payment within ten days of the date of travel or the option to reschedule on an alternate date, based on availability. GCR reserves the right to alter time schedules, substitute or supplement equipment and/or locomotive power as operating conditions demand. GCR is not liable for delays and its liability for cancellations is limited in accordance with the above stated policy for the maximum purchase price of the ticket.

SPECIAL ITEMS TO NOTE
Smoking is not permitted on any of the passenger cars or in the hotel at any time. With the exception of service dogs, pets cannot be accommodated on the train or in the hotel. GCR can accommodate pets at our Pet Resort at prevailing rates. Handicapped access is available. Please inquire at time of booking. Please be aware that Arizona does not observe daylight saving time. Arrival times are approximate. Rates and schedules are valid through 3/15/08 and are subject to change without notice. Reservations are subject to GCR policies.
