HAVASUPAI PERMITS, FEES & RESERVATION
All fees are subject to change without prior notice and are non-negotiable.  All fee subject to 10% tax.

Havasupai Indian Reservation Entrance Fee:
$35 per person + 10% tax
To be paid per person on entry. Children 12 or under are discounted 50%. 10% discount on groups 15 or more. This fee is charged one time per visit. All visitors entering the Havasupai Indian Reservation are required to pay this fee and check in upon arrival at the Tourist Office. Note: Native Americans with a valid Tribal I.D. card or Tribal enrollment card are exempt from this fee.

Environmental Care Fee:
$5 per person + 10% tax
Paid per person, no discounts. FULLY REFUNDABLE if you hike a sack of garbage back out with you to Hilltop

Campground Fee:
$17 per person, per night + 10% tax
Paid per person on entry. Children 12 or under discounted 50%. 10% discount on groups 15 or more.

Havasupai Lodge:
Lobby hours are 8:00 am to 5:00pm
Each room sleeps up to 4 people $145 + tax
Deposit is $40 per room per night

Saddle & Pack Horses
Prices are per Mule/Horse. Each carries one rider or up to 4 articles weighing no more than a totalof 130 lbs.. If you are hiking in for a multiple day trip, it is much easier to carry in a smaller day pack with just your necessities than to hike in all your own gear.  Get a mule to take you stuff all the way to the campground. It is well worth it makes the hike much more enjoyable. Arrangements must be made in advance through tourist the office for all horse options.

Hilltop Helicopter Reservations:
$85 per person one way + tax
March 15th – October 15th
Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
10am – 1pm

Airwest Helicopters accepts cash, Visa / Master Card, & Discover payable to the Airwest ground crew at Haulapai Hilltop. No reservations are needed nor taken. Flights begin at 10 am. Continuous flights are made both in and out of Supai while the helicopter is there. Passengers are served on a first-come, first-served basis; but please be aware that there are priorities in loading passengers: Tribal members have top priority, second tribal business such as vendors, repairmen, etc. then tourists and visitors. Sometimes this results in wait times that can be lengthy, especially on busy days. Schedules are subject to change depending on Federal and Tribal holidays. It would be best to check with Airwest Helicopters at 1-623-516-2790 to confirm your day in question. Weather permitting.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required for all travel in and out of Supai. There is no internet available in Supai you will have to call them directly. Please remember phone service in the village can be sporadic contingent upon the weather and the power of Mother Nature. If you can’t get through, keep trying.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. You can pay the deposit with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard). If you are unable to pay by credit card you can mail in your payment in the form of Money order or Cashier's Check to

Your payment must be received in 2 weeks from when you made the reservations or the reservation will expire. A confirmation letter will be forwarded upon receipt of payment, please bring this in upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
You must notify our office of any cancellations at least 2 weeks prior to your reserved date to qualify for a refund. Such cancellations are subject to a 25% surcharge fee.

For Late cancellations
Any notice of cancellation received less than 2 weeks to the reserved date becomes non-refundable and the full amount of the deposit is withheld.

Special Circumstances
The Tourist Office will refund the full amount of your deposit in the event the campground is shutdown due to flooding or other circumstances which may pose a potential risk to campers. However, to qualify under this rule, your reserved date must fall within the period the campground is closed until re-opened for business.
